Ordered many things during Black Friday sale, and there was a slight hiccup with missing parts. It was a relief to actually get a live voice when I called, and Phenix has been prompt and lovely with her emails trying to get the replacement parts to me. I haven’t yet been able to assemble my rack, but I’m looking forward to it when the parts arrive tomorrow!

The product is quite sturdy and easy to assemble.

The bench came quickly and assembled easily. The only issue I had with it was one of the spots to put the screws was a little bit off center so I wasn't able to get it to fit, but the bench is still very sturdy and works great. I have no complaints.
