Love it

Arrived on time, easy assembly, quality weight bench. Overall very pleased with it, and it will be a great addition to my home gym. One con: There was a lot of steel grit in the package, and I even noticed a quality checklist in the box that said it had been checked for that. Wasn’t a fan of it going all over my living room when I opened the package. It wasn’t that big of a deal, just figured RF would want to know whether or not its quality checks were actually being done.

This is a really great bench. I waited patiently for Rep to get it in stock again and can say it was definitely worth the wait. Was easy to assemble, is really well built and also nicely designed. It is easy to adjust and can handle many different combinations and angles. The only real downside to note is that it can be heavy to move around especially if on a thick carpeted floor but any quality bench would have that issue. The zero gap is awesome, I have no regrets.

Bench came quickly. Solid piece of equipment. only issue is plastic end cap where leg extension goes is torn.

I purchased the AB-3000 FID bench and I couldn't be happier. The quality is fantastic and I'm pleasured with the sturdiness. It's a well-built bench and was exactly what I was looking for. I researched a lot and I can confirm it's difficult to find this solid of a bench at this price point. I mentally prepared myself that I needed to spend a lot more to get a great adjustable bench, so I was relieved to find Rep. I'll be buying more equipment from Rep, no question.
