Great customer service

I received my Red FB-5000 and my bench came with a few scratches. I thought nothing of it because I assumed it was done by the delivery guy. Upon further inspection there were nicks and scratches that could not have been done by the delivery person, but more of possibly an oversight in the quality assurance department. I understand with the current workload that everyone is overloaded, but I still have to say that even though you included a QA sheet with good standings; my product was presented in poor condition. I’m disappointed, but not mad. I’m assuming this is just a one time thing as there are too many positive reviews for this to be a common occurrence. The bench is great and I use it about 5 times a week. Structurally it was great. Thank you for all your guy’s hard work and effort. I have included some pictures of my bench for those who are interested.

I purchased a landmine from Rep and I’m glad I saved money by going with this brand. Great quality fo less price than their competitors.
