Fantastic Products and Service!!

Amidst all the craziness during Covid-19, Rep shipped and delivered my order way ahead of schedule. They were completely transparent with what was in stock and when you could expect certain pieces to come back, and I really appreciated that. Looking forward to purchasing from them again in the near future!

Local Denver Supplier with National Reputation

At a time when fitness equipment has been selling out and you have to scour businesses across the country or the world in order to piece together a home gym, I've found that Rep is a heavy hitter in the industry, with quality equipment and knowledge, and an awesome resource to have locally. Compared to many other recent exercise equipment business interactions in putting together my home gym, their customer service is responsive and professional and their website information regarding availability of inventory is very helpful to customers in making purchasing decisions. Add to that, their Iron Plates are well respected for their price and quality, with 3% tolerance. Never having put together a home gym before, and mainly working out at gyms, I didn't even know about the issue of tolerance before. So when you start to get detailed about shopping for equipment, there's a big difference in shopping at big box stores and major online retailers, versus a place that specializes in gym equipment. While the former may have cheaper prices, in the long run you may learn that you don't want the more economical equipment/brands that a place like Rep wouldn't even sell, knowing that it's not good quality if you're more serious about your workout goals and have the means to spend a bit more in recognition of that. Looking forward to checking out the storefront when the time comes for reopening.
