Good after sales service
The product is good, but things will eventually spoil, so after sales service gives customer an assurance that even after purchase of JiMove product they are covered for at least 1 year warranty, I would like to commend job well done for Daniel who is in charge of JiMove operations for being quick in responding to customer’s assistance, and technician Simon for doing a great job at doing his best in really help out to fix the ebike, however I heard he has tendered from JiMove, people like him is rare because he is polite, well mannered and professional in handling problems, unlike the new guy his name is “Roller” or something he is very rude, raised his voice at customers and reluctant to find out what’s wrong with the ebike just tell you there’s nothing wrong with it but in the end other technician found out what’s wrong,
overall JiMove is a good brand with good product, will recommend the ebike to all
