Not a good product. It's a waste of money buying Ji-move, that cannot provide repair services.

Disappointed with poor workmanship when I had my LC rear wheel motor changed. The installation was not checked and done properly which caused the bike to jam suddenly and upon investigation, it was found the free wheel was not hand tightened fully to ensure it seats correctly before screwing it fully. It cause the Motor side to be crossed threaded.

Jimove didn't check with their supplier or check the product before giving to customer. Poor service.

The salesman told the delivery will be done within 3 days but in the end the delivery only completed after 5 days. And the guy mentioned delivery timing is 6-9pm. However i am unable to get anyone to check on the delivery status after 8pm. In the end, the delivery guy only deliver my bike at 1030pm without even inform me about the late delivery. Terrible experience.
