Average & lack of product support

Jimove MC accessory & parts are limited, due to the stock bike weight already max out on Jimove MC, there's no list of induvial parts weight for us to gauge for upgrade of parts without exceeding the legal weight limit. Bike quality are ok but not road friendly, front & rear tires are very slippery on wet surface which is very dangerous & the rear brake don't have smooth braking, constantly jerking & if pressed too hard it will instantly lock the rear wheel.

Saddle and battery issue

Firstly, Beautiful design proud to ride on sturdy handle bar; maybe because of compliant could be widen an inch. The saddle though feel cushiony to the hand, feels hard after five minutes riding. I am only 63Kg. I had to realign the front disk brake disk when I realized a grinding sound as it was not balance; probably during assembly it was slightly bended. My biggest concern is the battery lock. I rejected 2 units before I pick mine as the batteries was not able to lock in place multiple time and multiple battery tried. Since I been riding for the last week I also realized at time my battery came out of the 'catch'. The battery is heavy enough to stay in the holder the bike at no time loses its connection. But its a chore now to have to check each time at end of ride that the battery is still locked in place. I am also worry that the lock end of the battery which is plastic, might not last as I can already see some scratch lines where the locking pin come in contact with the battery. I hope JiMove can review these problems and provide a solution for us.

Power Consumption and Inconsistency

hi there, i currently own MC for food delivering. Just to share my experience and maybe JI-Move could improve it. When your battery left 2-3 bar, the speed will reduce limit from average 23-24km/h to around 19-21km/h (all at Speed Level 5), and battery level will drop fast. sometimes when i on the road, when i stop at traffic light or idling for a while and trying continue to move, the power does not kicks in. i need to restart the battery to get back to normal. Please help advice if this is normal through out all the other eBikes. Thanks & Best Regards, Isaac

The Speed are not constantly

The Speed are not constantly at 25km/hr when the motor cuts off power. it reduces to a ridiculous 21 - 22km/hr on a flat road! We are still peddling and yet the speed is not kept constant at 25km/hr there is definitely something to improve on. Have seen some Jimove bikes able to go at a constant speed and when asked the serviceman of Jimove, was told that the type of motor the buyer receive are depending on luck.
