Dynamic Discs

Ordered a Recruit Lite. Package ahowed up like it had been through a war. Baskets are NOT packed well from factory and there is no protection besides the thin plastic bag it was in. Amazed basket was OK when I got it put together and not bent/broke anywhere. As far as durability we will see. I will store it inside when not in use to help with longevity.

I do not like when I am shopping on your site that I see a blue disc that I want to buy, and when I click to buy a blue disc, there are none. They are pink and white. I also have a very hard time getting the color and weight that I want when I try to order from you. I did't get to buy any discs in the colors and weights I wanted. Shipping was fast, and the package was delivered in good shape. Thank you for that.

Everything I expect when buying from an online retailer. They turn orders around and ship out very quickly and the website is easy to navigate and works well. Only a 3 because I reserve 4 and 5 star ratings for service and websites that are revolutionary and steps ahead of the other sites.

Not so happy this time.Only one disc out of two boxes fits my bag.

I ordered something that was in stock and after I got the confirmation for the order DD contacted me saying the inventory was wrong and they were out of stock on the color I ordered. I had to settle for another color I really didn’t want. Next issue with the same order was they forgot a disc I ordered and when I reached out about the missing product they said they are now out of stock. I explained if it wasn’t missed in the first place I would have the disc. After a few emails back and forth they corrected the issue and made a disc for me.(not sure how that was done since they receive the molds and just stamp them in warehouse). Either way they did fix the issue with the missing disc but I was stuck with a sweatshirt in a color I didn’t really want. Neutral feedback.
