Overall Experience
Good overall, but certain frustrations remain.
First, your per disc price includes shipping and handling. This is costing u business. If I'm shopping elsewhere when I order a stack of discs because I can save $10-$20, most likely, others are as well.
If ur losing some big orders to online retailers who price shipping separately, and cheaper... Um ok.
Given the choice of same discs, at a $10-$20 savings on shipping and handling, what would u do?
A better Northman. It's an amazing power down tunnel running laser beam until it beats in to uselessness. A 10 speed DD version that either starts more OS and beats to a fresh nortenjo, or an Uber plastic... While Enforcers and Gladiators are my main mains, the fresh Northman is a low hyzerflip Lazer dream.
I'm not super motivated by the review Discount program. It takes time to learn and beat in new plastic. So I'd rather review later than sooner. If ur gonna reward for that, give me points that don't expire in 30 days... Really? U keep my review up for longer than 30 days... Why would my "reward" for a review not have a similar lifespan. How would u feel?
Personally, I'm a DD/Trilogy fan/loyalist. Review rewards are good, but my primary motivation is to write relevant reviews to help disc golfers to select and enjoy the discs I like so much. BUT I CAN'T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AND REVIEW TRILOGY PLASTIC UNLESS IVE GOTTEN THE INVITATION FROM YOU. Sorry don't mean to yell, just emphasize my frustration with this. There are many discs I haven't purchased from DD that I'd like to write about. The majority of reviews on your website talk about customer service, not the disc. If u want to introduce new customers to discs, short, well written reviews in language disc golfers understand should help.
If I didn't care, and prefer to buy more discs from DD, I wouldn't take the time to write this.
All love, all good.
Merry Christmas to DD, especially your front end customer service team and warehouse staff that pick me my good discs.
Best, Dave
