I usually wear a size 5.5 but because I was getting cold weather boots, I thought I would like to have a little room for thicker socks so I got a size 6. When the shoes came, on time, I tried them on. I could not get my foot into the boots at all. I feel like they were sized incorrectly. I checked but they said 6, so I had to return them. As far as the ordering process, etc. all went well and I will be ordering other items in the future.

Two months ago I ordered some snow pants for winter hiking. Campor charged me but didn't send me the pants because they were out of stock. I wrote to request a refund or credit and all I get is radio silence. Very disappointed in Campmor.
