Good quality. So far so good.

Have only tried one of the nine mugs ordered. Works as expected - doesn't keep liquid hot as long as a vacuum bottle thermos, but does keep it hot longer than most other coffee mugs that are not a copy of the original Alladin brand 12 oz mugs.

Competitive prices and excellent selection of gear. Can almost always get 20% off at least one item not already marked down.

The backpack was just as described and exactly what we wanted. Shipping was fast and we have no complaints about the purchase at all!

I've always liked this service for the reasonable prices. I'm not a brand oriented person so, I tend to look for quality that will work.
