The reports never come through even though I receive emails updating me that reports have been posted. OR there is a delay between the email notification and the actual posting of the daily report.

its awfully hard to pull up my kid's records thriugh the app. needs work...

Not satisfied with the service of application of this app. Take long time and few steps to open photos and cannot download my child's photo even if only her in the picture. Always have to take few steps to go back to the main page to review other reports. Unable to review past photos. Take too long to open files or report. Not user friendly

I rarely get reports, and if I do they are only half filled out, or inaccurate. I never get any pictures sent.
