Information on app and in email usually don't match. Often info is missing in the app

Both the design and the presentation of information is lacking modern look and feel, available on other apps.

My app is not useful. It doesn't show daily logs from the daycare staff. Instead I have to go to my junk mail every time to read his report

My parents, mostly grandparents, enjoy receiving the pictures and information regarding their children daily. We are able to send homework announcements to our children in upper classes, post monthly menus and calendars. One feature I enjoy as director is the ability to send out school notices for reminders etc.. We look to see HI Mama continue to expand their options for the ease of Childcare providers so we can continue to offer this service to our parents

UI is not very convenient to use. When pressing on the notifications for a new picture, it's the last one to show up of all the daily pictures. Not a great User experience.
