Often have trouble seeing pictures and delays in loading. Cannot download pictures from the app. Had difficulty with customer support not answering questions too or not following up. Love the features if seeing naps, food, and being able to respond to teachers.

We love being able to follow what our son does at daycare during the day, but we wish that the app updated meals and naps in real time. It would also be great if you could download the photos from the mobile app.

Messages from the daycare provider to us have not been delivered a few times, causing miscommunication.

I love getting regular updates but wish there was more I could see. The daycare tells me they cannot send the sleeping and feeding info but after I have checked out my son. I want to see that info throughout the day.
