We changed to HiMama from a different parent communication platform and are very pleased with it. It's a very robust communication tool that works to engage parents in a very real way. When there are questions, the HiMama staff is helpful and responds very quickly. We gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 because there is some room for improvement in some of the functionality and also because we find that there are some connectivity issues that can be frustrating. Having said that though, HiMama is very responsive to suggestions and we know that if they can code it, they will implement the suggestions we have made on the functionality side. Overall we are very happy with our decision to switch over to HiMama.

I think it's great but sometimes I don't get a full report.

I like that I get some info during the day. The photos are too low a resolution to be saved and it can be cumbersome to get to the report in the app.

I love love the app such a great idea but when selecting children it is really annoying to go to each individual and repeat more then once if one of them didn't eat all of it or didn't each most or had something else or separate pictures etc not sure how to fix it but I do love everything else and making a menu was a great addition
