I love the real time updates HiMama offers for parents. I go on each hour at work. Unfortunately, at my child's daycare HI Mama has been down since March 2. It seems as if the trouble shooting/repair is taking a long time. This resource the daycare provides is fantastic, but there needs to be a quicker turn around when the site is not working.

Love the app. Loving being able to see how my child is doing as the day goes. Would prefer to see all information as its entered and not have to wait until the end of the day to see nap times and food log. Otherwise perfect.

I love the app, it makes it easy to keep track of my child's activities while she is at daycare. My only complaint is that I am not able to see her journal information after the day has passed.

Good, but I cannot use it on my Blackberry very well, as I have to use it through the browser, and not the application

I love that the daycare is now using thus app to explain how the child's day has been or went. My only request is that I actually get told how they were. Most of the time I'm just receiving notices of what they aye throughout the day.
