The ap is a bit buggy sometimes when trying to view reports or photos

It’s really good but from a technical standpoint very difficult to change emails. I had two children in daycare registered on two different email accounts. No one could help me combine them on the one email address because it wouldn’t let me change a child to a preexisting account. Every time I asked for assistance HiMama told me the daycare had to do it, and every time they tried HiMama told them I had to do it. It never got resolved and I just had to wait til my older son aged out of daycare, leaving just one child on the right email address. Other than that, works great!

I like the program, I just wish the software would offer a way to drop the photos into a book to print memories of their days at the dacycare.
