Simplist worked as the broker on our closing with Zouhair as the office and Kevin as the processor. They secured us financing, closed on time and secured a very competitive rate especially being a second home.

I had a very smooth refinancing experience with Seung and the Simplist crew. I was guided every step of the way - when I had questions they were answered very quickly, and any adjusts to my loan that I requested were also handled in a timely manner. From start to closing, I think it only ended up being about a two week process!

Jonathan was awesome during the whole Re-finance process. Every time I would called he answer or if wasn't available I will leave voicemail and he got back to me quick. Also Dan his processor was on top of every every document need it with the underwriter. They both were very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone for a Refinance or Purchase.. Jared has now helped me multiple times with refinancing. I had a conversation with him maybe a year or 2 ago about making 2 property loans into 1 and he was able to do that for me because of the LTV and the property appreciation. Now in our most refinance Jared was able to get me such an amazing low rate for a 30 year. Highly recommend him, he's very good at what he does, great solutions for the things you want to address, and he's fast!

I have had a lot of loans over the years and since we are mostly retired, refinancing becomes much more difficult. I was skeptical about Simplist but in the end they went above and beyond (as did I and the lender as well) to get our loan done. Other mortgage companies have been unable but Simplist came through for us. The representative we worked with was excellent as well. The only thing we had issue with was working through all the disparate systems they use to manage document flow...but in the end we were able to get them everything they requested and approve it all online. I would recommend them highly for any sort of mortgage. Ours was about as difficult as you get, and we closed last week.
