Robert helped me thru the entire process in a timely and efficient manner and was always available by text or phone for questions and concerns. Always had time to answer my questions and guide me thru the process.

This is my third refinance so I'm pretty good at the song and dance of using loan estimates between several lenders to get the best rate/closing cost combination. Usually the rates are the same but it comes down to the difference of one or two thousand dollars in closing costs. Simplist, although not a direct lender, somehow managed to beat the next best quote I got this time by many thousands of dollars in closing costs. It would have taken me 5+ years to break even on refinancing closing costs before the rate reduction would start saving me money with the other lenders' quotes, but when Simplist came through with their low closing costs, it was only going to take me a 12 months to break even, which made the refinance a no brainer. I also took Simplist's loan estimate back to the other lenders who were guaranteeing they could beat it and they all came back and said they couldn't.
