Very pleased with our Simplist experience! The process was seamless from end to end. From evaluating rates and options to uploading documents and locking a rate, everything was easy, frictionless and most importantly - done quickly! Would highly recommend using Simplist for a refi (in fact, we've already referred two friends)!

This was my first time refinancing with an online company. My last refi was 10 years ago through a local bank and while I was wary, Jason and the Simplist team were fantastic to work with. Jason was very quick to respond to any questions I had, even on weekends, and was thoroughly versed in all the steps and document needs to get through the refi. I was totally amazed at how fast the closing was, and the rate is still one of the best I have seen (and I shopped around for a while!)
