I was skeptical about this site that made claims of the best rate and service. I was working with Dan at Simplist as well as 3 other lenders. Dan provided respectful education, quick turnaround and follow-up, and a package that left competitors astounded.

We had a great experience working with Jason and the Simplist team. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have gone through tons of new home purchases and refinancing, this was the best process and experience by far. We would definitely choose Simplist again, and we would recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I am so grateful to have found Simplist. My refinance was quick and very easy, taking about 2.5 weeks in total. My loan officer Daniel and processer Rabia were fantastic and answered all of my questions/made any changes I requested quickly and efficiently. Daniel gave great advice, offered the best rate, and now I have cash out of my home to do some much needed repair work. Highly recommend!

Fast and painless process that is largely completed online, including substantial parts of the closing itself (very few documents were physically signed with a notary present).
