I was guided through the refi process with ease and comfort. I couldn’t ask for a better way to go through something I don’t like doing but really needed to. Using Simplist was indeed the simplest and easiest experience I've had looking for a mortgage and getting my house refinanced. I called some banks to get some rates and nothing came close to what I was able to get with Simplist. Not only that, my loan officer was available when I needed him and was quick to get things resolved when things came up. If I ever need another mortgage I will definitely be using Simplist.
