Refinancing our mortgage with Simplist was extremely fast and easy. With just our basic information, the system was able to find us low mortgage rates from multiple lenders. Our Loan Officer Jonathan was able to show us all of our options and crunched the numbers that made the most sense given our needs. Jonathan and Ellen coached us through the documentation process and our loan was completed in only a couple of weeks!

I still can't believe Simplist got me such a great rate. The same mortgage company I went with through Simplist had contacted me earlier and could not give me the same deal. Great person and service. Jonathan Scott was off great help taking his time and reviewing every detail I would throw at him. At the time, I sought the best option for my mortgage refinancing. I was able to pay all other loans off, able to add to my home, have enough money for investing in real estate, and pay off my home in less than 15 years by adding all that I was previously paying towards the mortgage balance and still have enough as needed. An asset to your team. Be careful others don’t steal him.
