This is a good way to refinance and get the best rate. You will be offered several choices and options for points up front or no points. Don’t just go to your bank or current mortgage holder because they have no incentive to give you the best deal you can get because there isn’t any competition. Process is pretty fast and easy. Make it happen

I'm always hesitant to put my phone number into something like this, but I filled-out the form on the Facebook ad in hopes that Simplist would be easier than the broker I've used in the past. I was emailed instead of called, and did most of my correspondence via email, so I had all my questions and answers in writing. The one time where I was confused, I requested a phone call and my loan officer called me very quickly and answer all of my questions. A great experience from beginning to end!
