Simplist

This was our first home buying experience with Simplist and our first home purchase that closed escrow. In this crazy market in the Bay Area we had a short close of only 21days, so it was a rollercoaster during these three weeks. Honestly couldn’t have been more pleased by the work ethic, knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism from James Green and his team. Just like any legal or transactional process things can get messy and humans can make errors. But James was always available to offer his help. From the rate negotiation at the start to the final closing of escrow. James was always from transparent and when something unpleasant occurred with the lender he would always go out of his way to get us a better outcome. Further he was one of a handful of firms that was able to lock our rate prior so I am very grateful for this savings. Also he was not afraid to say he didn’t know the answer to things or reach up to higher levels when issues arose. Moreover, even during a personal emergency during our escrow he still found the time to reach out when needed. Overall, our experience with James and the Simplist team was wonderful. Working with the actual lender (Rocket) definitely had some pitfalls. But having James by our side as our broker made all the difference and he helped us close not only on time, but confidently. Up until the final hour we was assisting. A big thank you to James and his team at Simplist. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends!!!

I have to say that Simplist offered an extremely professional and smooth service as well as introduced me to refinance options that I may have otherwise not discovered. The process worked like a well-oiled machine! In fact, I kept bracing myself for a "let down" so that I would be prepared if it turned out that things were "too good to be true." As things would turn out, I didn't have to worry about being disappointed. Jonathan and Andrew were excellent (as well as the partners associated with Simplist) in carrying out our mortgage refinance! I'm so glad that I responded to the promotion/ad to look into a refinance through Simplist!

Jason Weber and Anna Gavioli and the team at Simplist made a very daunting task easy and painless. They replied quickly to all my questions,everything was done digitally via emails and phone calls , with the exception of a home inspection for the appraisal and final docs signing needed a notary . I had multiple loan refi options and was guided to best one for my needs . There’s no hidden costs or fees associated and they are very transparent about their services and how they get paid etc. Don’t hesitate to try out Simplist. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family .
