locked out of account when forgot password and now have to talk to someone on phone but never available. It has bee a month or so now. Please call me after 1pm any weekday so i can get password

your spam emails say preapproved offers are available...and even though I wasn't thinking about the offer...the pre approved enticed me to apply. This was not true, not even close to being true. I would prefer not to be spammed with promises of pre-approval.

This is only my personal opinion shared with NAV only! You had great idea to make this App but payed options are killing. If we want to get full report we can always pay directly to the credit companies and get the most updated and accurate information! Though thank you!! Keep Up!
