I spent hours this last Saturday waiting on your confirmed rep to call me. It was my family time yet I committed and stood by for a call like a chump. I am not interested in your firm. I will assuredly let my other colleagues to avoid your company. As the CEO of a well known firm that will travel quite quickly. Shameful!

with everything behind a registration page, and I mean EVERYTHING, none of my clients are willing to sign up. They can't even read a blog post or see a sample of a business credit report without having to sign in or sign up. I understand you want to grow your client base and your revenue, but this isn't the way to do it. I cannot recommend Nav any longer.

Maybe I haven't thoroughly looked at all the features yet however this isn't anything helpful like I thought it was going to be. I wanted to build credit as a new business. I knew I wasn't going to have credit when the app searched. All this wants me to do is buy all my credit reports.
