we are a small business and we started in febuary 2020 and was then stopped due to the virus and we applied for the ppp loan and heard nothing and we could not apply because it said supply documentation for payroll from 2019 we were not in business in 2019 and no there was no one to call no phone number to use and no way to ask what can i do so thanks NAV for nothing!!

Absolutely no idea what NAV has accomplished for me Definitely being charged for something that has not produced like i thought i was purchasing. It’s made even tougher to cancel services than it is to sign up which also is ethically, I believe very bad

horrible that you double report deliquincies and derogatory...same thing, plus if i am going through a bankruptcy it is only 1 negative, not all 12 accounts twice
