I paid 119 bucks and I’m limited in the info I see

I have been in business for over 2 years. And you guys can't never find my business

I was told to register to NAV in order to create or monitor business credit. Apparently someone was supposed to work with me. All I got was a referral to another agency which did not provide the service they said they would. I haven’t heard from neither agencies

I signed up with Business loan builder which is the highest service plan. But I have not given any service for 1-on-1 Access to Credit & Lending Specialists or dispute errors on my credit report. When I contacted the customer service rep., I was told to contact that credit bureau directly to resolve the issue. I still don't know the differences or benefits of this plan vs other regular plans. I don't see the point where i can build the credits or loan relationship with a lender.
