After contacting, via telephone, your cutomer service, I requested assistance and information in obtaining Business credit cards and/or business credit lines. And also some more basic information. Was informed one of two different people in that department would return my call. That was two days ago and still waiting. Thank you.

While the site is nice, I wish there was better access to information and an ability to update erroneous information.

The recommended credit cards and finance are not valid.I applied with one or two of them and I get turned down.

my personal credit score was changing very often due to the type of business I do. I checked nav often to see my credit score but it was updating slower than credit karma which is a free website. very disappointing.

I have not seen any results from using the service. I have basically wasted 100’s of dollars because I have yet to see a trade line listed or credit improved because of it.
