New update shows more information but can be slightly confusing than previous version of the application

I've subscribed over a year and will continue to need financing with debt so my credit scores are critical. I've learned that my business credit can take unexplained shifts up and down. And Nav does a very good job of monitoring, however, I am disappointed to not get answers on how and why the swings in scores happen.

I called Michelle to ask about an inquiry on my Experian credit report. She was able to tell me that the inquiry is not a valid one and I can dispute it. Felt much better after talking to her.
