We loved the product and it was received in a timely manner. The only problem we had is that the shampoo box was not labeled indicating a side up. Some of the product spilled.

There is nothing harder on a towel than daily washing and bleaching. Our motel will only purchase these towels from National Hospitality as they stand up, don't fray, stay soft and reasonably priced. Believe me, we have tried them all. Quick shipping and best bang for the buck.
