I was with The Hartford as they said they were the cheapest, but right from the get-go, it was such a hassle trying to get hold of them and their app was useless! The “chat” was no better, it only gives you standard topics and they never answered my question. The cost went up and that was it! I tried cancelling on line, but they said I have to call. Guessing they want to talk me out of it. So I thought I’d try Progressive and it is like night and day! I decided to try shopping for insurance through Gabi and OMG am I glad that I did. They found me excellent coverage for my car and home and saved me over $1700.00 a year!!! For someone like me, on a fixed income and no help, this means I don't have to choose between paying for insurance or for my medication that keeps me alive. So this was really important.
