Food Service Rewards

Have received poor service. Never received an email letting me know if I was even accepted in this program much less anything else.

I've sent dozens of emails over the last year and gotten little to no response with the actions that need to happen I'm never been so disappointed, The customer service that I've not received is unacceptable. I've been in the hospitality industry for 30 years and I've never experienced anything like this. I hope this message find someone who can help regards Richard

Haven’t seen any rewards

I no longer collect foodservice reward points because I lost my balance when the switched formats

Edit my account and have never gotten any points I’ve called numerous times with no response
