This is a fantastic app. It's highly configurable, and easily integrated with many other apps and systems. I've used this app to deploy forms for all our inspectors out in the field. Form submissions by our inspectors immediately update our systems in the office. We also use this app to send SMS messages to the customer's mobile phone notifying them that an inspector is en-route and will arrive on-site in a specified number of minutes. When forms are submitted, our customers receive a completed report, usually in less than a minute. There are limitless possibilities with this app. Finally, customer service is very responsive and helpful, and able to answer very technical questions on the most advanced features of the software.
