Excellent product

We really like the software. Our business runs on it. Never fails to deliver what we want. Especially the support team is fantastic.

You cannot search for a customer using the online platform which is VERY frustrating when I need to amend a quote I need to manually search though to find the correct form, to edit. This feature is available on the app using mobile device so i am not sure why this is not available using the online tool. Also I need to regularly empty cookies so that the online form works as it errors out and will only work when I log in once I have cleared the cookies and internet data. This is not good and would like this error addressed also.
