FastField has been an excellent solution for a couple of my clients where they have wanted staff to input data on an ipad/tablet and have that data merged to a Word document for customers. This has allowed the resultant Word document to look exactly as we want, with the right branding (e.g. logo, fonts, colours). All the other software I looked at did not give us this level of control. The online forms are relatively easy to use - there is definitely a learning curve for more complex fields or formatting, but the online help support is excellent when I get stuck. I usually get a response within less than 24 hours and I'm on the other side of the world to the support crew! I really like the dashboard as well. It's still in the BETA phase, but what it can do so far is excellent for creating graphs that compare data across forms. I have and do recommend this software to anyone who needs an online form that staff can fill in to produce a professional Word document for customers.

Easy to use, we have created our own forms and find the field staff have been able to adapt to using the tool. The app on the phone is the easiest way to access the forms and then once completed the form is sent live to our helpdesk.
