Very easy platform!

Fastfield is a a simple and effective forms building platform. Our Field guys have no issues using the App.

The Merge Mobile team has been extremely responsive. I generally get a reply to a question the same day. Worst case it has been the next day but still under 24 hours. They have even accommodated conference calls when needed to address more complex topics.

The service is fantastic, really improved our gathering of field data. Wish it had a few specific things (plain email notifications, including a sketch), but it's a dramatic improvement over hand-written reports.
