Great app, easy to use, can customise to any industry.

We started out with 2 employees a little more than 3 years ago and believed that automating some of our inspection processes and data administration would lead to greater efficiencies in both the office and in the field. After signing up with FastField we had our first forms up and running in 2 days. Now we have 12 employees and roughly 100 FastField Users out in the field. A similarly sized firm doing essentially the same work as we do has about 12-14 people performing the same work that 4 of us do with FastFields. My background is construction, I am a licensed Building Official, Inspector and Plans Examiner. My deepest computer experience was in college using IBM punch cards *attempting* to create programs in COBOL and FORTRAN. The biggest and most profound take-away from that class was that I knew I never wanted to be a computer person. That being said, I am the person that has generated multiple forms, sub-forms and lists that my company and our clients use every day and could not function without. I could not have done this successfully without a little practical common sense and more importantly without the support of your very professional team. From my first interaction with the support staff to our quarterly (sometimes more often) “How are you doing” meetings and the myriad of stupid questions that I have asked and the rat-holes that I’ve gotten into, your staff has been quick to respond and always a pleasure to deal with. I have yet to encounter an issue that has not been handled in a timely and very professional manner. Not once have I encountered the condescending tone and manner of many support departments. The solutions given are on point and delivered in a way that a non-computer person like myself can understand and quickly implement. Am I a cheerleader? Although I don’t look like one, I am a big cheerleader for FastField Forms and the class staff that is behind the program. I look forward to a long, profitable relationship for all of us.

Fastfield has been an asset to our business! Our turn around time is top notch compared to our competitors in the industry. The templates have been easy to build to fit our needs. So glad we got away from paper and everything is done on the phone. Overall it has been a great experience!
