We have been using the software for a few months now, mainly with iPads and accessing the portal on Mac in the office. Very good functions and simple to create forms etc. We could do with a better portal with a global search as part can become cumbersome to use. The issue is that to access a completed form in the portal, you are also in a position to have full control of ALL forms. The search function is very good, but complicated (necessarily so). A lower access, with a global search of form data (for us it is address) would let us find and deal with a report, without risking messing up other forms etc.
