The template building process is not user-friendly, or I'm just bad at learning it? Either way, I love the checklist platform and your team has been great with helping me along the way.

Would be nice if customer fields could auto populate.

Would be good to include a field type which is an image that can have markers dropped to it, with each marker being linked to a subform. So a technician could for example place each fire extinguisher at a venue on a map, and for each of those complete the sub form for that product. Or a safety consultant could mark each safety issue on a map and complete the form for why it's an issue, etc. I think this would be super beneficial in a lot of industries, as marking things on a map/image and then capturing data for that thing is very common in many field service industries.

Very good app, and very useful. Our only complaints/recommendations at this time are: -make it so reports can be started on the phone and then submitted incomplete, to be finished on the computer. -make it so colored text or buttons or shapes can be inserted into word documents and PDF's. Other apps do this, so it shouldn't be too hard. -when adding photos on a PC, the photos should resize automagically so the report doesn't get too big to send off. We had a problem with this and didnt know why the reports were not sending until I contacted support. -make it so when a smart field is not being used, it wont show on a word doc. There currently is no way to exclude a field on a Word doc without deleting it once the doc has been prepared. Its cumbersome.
