www.fastfieldforms.com

FastField is very easy to use. I didn’t point five star because there is not a complete compatibility between the forms and the export reports in PDF or Word when are present sub forms.

I love the forms. Easy to use. My only complaint is that I wish there were more templates to choose from.

Once you master the setup, which isn't that hard, it is great.

Very Good Product. Need multiple pricing tiers and ability to upload files not just photos.

Application works well, has significantly helped our performance. Would appreciate the possibility of copying form sections from one form to the other.
