Great tool which we use very effectively, but the dashboard reports are slow, Dashboard reports formatting can break in some circumstances which means you have to move all the boxes into the right spots again (which is very annoying), and the boxes are way too big so you can't see much of your report even on a big screen. A PDF report designer which has all the elements of the reports dashboard would be be good. As it is I have to cut and paste bits from my screen to make a pdf report with graphs. Like most software this has the limitation of ending a 24 hour period at midnight... .if you are working shifts and need reports for a whole shift then the midnight end for a reporting period is not appropriate. I've managed to work around it but again annoying and makes our use of the app not as neat as it could be.

We integrated our home-grown CRM with fastfield. Finding the appropriate API calls was difficult - contrast with DropBox that provides a sandbox for testing API calls. The service works great, but getting that integration done was painful

I love using FastField. I just wish it were live.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT BUT THE MOST OF A TIME WE NEED TO ENTER OUR SERIAL NUMBER MANUAL BECAUSE WE SCAN AND THE SYSTEM AND A I AT THE BEGENING OR SOMETIMES THEY JUST NO APPEAR.
