Love the end product. It really helps us take care of our customers and maintain proper record documentation. Wish the help/how to section wasn't as vague. Chatting on-line to solve a minor issue which could easily solved with a phone call is the only issue. The back and forth takes my valuable time away from my staff and customers.

Affordable, reliable, easy to understand, very good app. Data collection format and report formatting could be enhanced, but otherwise very good.
