Nice once inspection forms are made, but it would be nice if it were easier to make forms.

great app easy to use

Whenever I had trouble building forms my customer success manager, Jessica Aguilar, would help me find a way to take the ideas I had and build a form that meets them.

The meeting with the representative is really helpful, the one from the chat in Fastfield is a bit slow and more for small questions. But it's still great. Is there a way to have better quality in the pictures I take in the app? A way instead of saving to your server the original from the camera tablet can be reused? Or can the picture take on the app can be stored in full quality in my tablet to be reused? Thank you, Eugène Doiron

I don't care for the most recent change to the forms that moved the text all the way to the left or right depending on the field. The text should be on either one side or the other, not alternating. In addition, it's difficult to edit text when it's all the way to the edge of the screen. My tablet has arrow keys which allow me to position my cursor, but a the keyboard on a phone only has a backspace key. Other than that, FastField Forms is the most bullet proof app that I've used. Glitches are rare and power cycling my tablet usually fixes it. I've been using FastField since May 2018 and there is a learning curve but tech support was very helpful. Since getting it setup and live, I've only called tech support a couple of times and each time they addressed the problem in a very timely manner. Once you know how it works, making changes is straight forward. I've made several changes and tweaks to the main form that I created and it is easy to do.
