We have found Fastfield to be an excellent alternative to pdf docs, in that users can fill in the information required much faster on mobile devices. We are looking forward to making more use of the product in other areas, now that we are familiar with its capabilities. The team have been great to work with, especially in getting us ramped up, by assisting the in development of complex forms. As well, they really went out of their way to accommodate the legal restrictions we have on data residency.
