Been using Fast forms for on site building and structural surveys in the UK for 6 months now, best software I've ever used, flexible, reliable and secure. Customer service is first class and response times are fast, despite being based in the US. Would not hesitate to recommend!

FastField is very versatile and user friendly. It's one of those applications that has clearly been designed by an end user. I haven't yet come across a need for feature that isn't already there. I'm hooked!

After reviewing several mobile form companies, I opted to stay with FastField. They are the only one who allows YOU the user to link to a custom PDF. Other companies only offer a generic PDF printout of the data and will not let you use your existing forms. These generic PDF forms are simple and do not offer a processional look. The form builder is user friendly for the most part and they actually let customers make suggestions for improvements. On technical support - they get a 5 star. Anytime I have a question, they respond and actually take the time to resolve my issue, I have experimented with others and often times, my questions NEVER even get a response...at all! They have gone above and beyond to assist me in getting setup as a new customer. That is a rare find for an online business in today's world!!! I am a small business owner trying to get established yet they treat me as if I am a corporate client. I have nothing bad to say...FastField is a legitimate business that offers a quality product AND professional service the beats ALL others!!! They offer a free trial so give a shot and find out for yourself My only con: I wish they would breakout white labeling the APP with the monthly premium. At least that way for those who cannot afford the fees, can still have a fighting chance to make their business successful. I hope I can be a long time FastField customer

FastField Forms is a "gateway" product for us. It allows us the flexibility to gather pertinent information in the field and report it back to our clients on an immediate basis. We have been utilizing it at several locations for a while and can't wait to implement it organization wide! It has taken our heavy modification of a "over the counter program" to get what we need through the modernization gateway. It is a program built to handle our field information gathering needs and supply us and our clients with decision making tools.
