FastField has made collecting and communicating job site information easy and consistent for our small business. They really make it easy to create and edit forms to make sure you stand out from your competition, and their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

We are a property management company and having the ability to create forms allows onsite personnel to have way more control, collaboration on work orders, and productivity than before. For example, they can submit a fully completed lease violation notice already on company letterhead in a fully editable Word document to the general leasing manager for certified mail. This gives site personnel much more authority on campus, and eliminates the data collection and notice creation duties of general management. Also, we can load schematics, procedures, pictures, etc. into forms so that standardization is easier, and training time is reduced. All in all we have only been using this for weeks, and have not found a procedure or process that would not benefit from the automation available in these forms.

Our company is new to fast field but find it extremely economic and support staff are courteous and helpful. I really appreciate the time and effort Adam took last week to walk me through some issues I was trying to understand! Thanks!
