I have been using FastField forms for about 2 years. I did a lot of research before selecting this app, as our company needed a consistent and easy-to-use means of completing forms in the field for regulatory submittal. I am not disappointed in my selection of your product. At first, the app was somewhat limiting in Form design capabilities. However, you guys have come a long way, and I'm now able to be a bit more creative in my form creation. The techs in the field find the forms very easy to use, and the office support have problem accessing the forms for submittal to either our clients or appropriate regulatory agencies. One comment for improvement would be to make your tutorials, either written or video, a bit easier to understand for a non-techy like me. However, when I submit a question for clarification to the tech support team (which, sorry guys, is often), I always get a quick response back. In particular, Andrew has gone above and beyond in trying to help me on many occasions, calling me directly and Skypeing with me to identify a hard-to-resolve issue.

Fastfield was chosen to provide bespoke forms quickly with on site editing should the need arise. An easy platform to work from and extremely flexible.
