Our Daily Logs and Safety forms were all paper before, blanks were hard to find. Now Forms are at every employee's fingertips and they can easily fill them out and submit them, and they immediately arrive in the correct inbox. This application also allows us to send information to SmartSheet, which is a big plus for us.

We have been able to go paperless in many areas of our business and have saved more than 100,000 pieces of paper. Using Secure FTP to transfer all completed forms to our server has also strengthened our record keeping ability, benefiting both us and our clients. Poor record keeping in the past was always a point of contention for me and one of the reasons I chose to upgrade our processes with the help of FastField Forms. Along with costs savings on material we also have seen that using FastField Forms increases efficiency with a lot of our forms that we fill out daily so we are also saving on labor costs. There is constant development of the program and its capabilities and I admire their dedication to putting out new tools and fixes etc. These tools have literally changed how our whole organization works. The only negative comment I have and its not even enough to reduce my rating of FastField is that I wish it was easier to get immediate assistance through the chat feature. It seemed to be much more available when we first worked with Fastfield 3 years ago. Keep doing what you're doing, we appreciate what is being done!

as a service business this really helps me to see what is being done on the service call. the service techs send me pictures of before and after for our records and they see that their work is done right because I can see it. Mistakes can be seen before they leave by a supervisor and corrected before they leave avoiding a callback. The pictures of the call allows a complete record of what was done...really like this tool
